processing and shipping policy
Allow 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday. The end of the working day is 5pm central time. If you order after that time frame it is considered a new business day. Please note that holidays are not included. When we are having huge sales allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Due to Covid-19 some shipment maybe delayed. We will notify you immediately if your order is effected by this in anyway.
return & exchange policy
Due to the standards of Fantasyhairkloset there are no returns, exchanges, nor cancellations once you order is placed. It is very important to check order the day it is received. The only way you would be able to exchange hair is if your order is wrong on Fantasyhairkloset’s behalf.(ALL SALES ARE FINAL)You will have 1 business day after order is receive to notify us to exchange hair. It must be returned in the same state as received. No broken bands or disturbed pattern. Product must be sent back at your own expense. To protect your package we would recommend you use signature required and have insurance on it. Once item is inspected and its returned back in original state we will send corrected order and refund the price you paid for SHIPPING ONLY. If order sent back to us is correct and there is nothing wrong with it, we will send back the questioned items back to customer. If this occur please contact us at fantasyhairkloset@yahoo.com. UNDERSTAND: Federal law states that you cannot return human hair that have been used.
